Insurances We Accept

- •The Alliance Network (including UMR, SHIP, WPS, and others within Alliance)

- •Medicaid/Badgercare (Dean, Quartz, Anthem, UHC, MHS, Molina Healthcare (My Choice Wisconsin))
- •Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SW) (Starting this Fall)

Insurances We Do NOT Accept
While we strive to accept as many plans as possible, we are currently unable to accept:
- •Specific Medicaid plans such as: Inclusa, IRIS, Family Care, and Security Health Plan.
- •Quartz State and Local (Specific to Dane County).
- •Any others not explicitly listed in the "Accepted" section.
No Insurance?
For individuals without insurance or those with carriers not listed above, we are happy to discuss self-pay rates and available payment options. Please reach out to us directly to find a path that works for your budget.
